The transaction involves the sale of 100% of Informconf’s shares to a Joint Venture formed by:-Equifax Inc., a global leader in information solutions, based in Atlanta, USA, as majority shareholder; and-Bancard SA, a leading credit card processor in Paraguay, as a minority partner
