We advised Triton / KKR owned Ambea on its acquisition of Solhagagruppen from Bridgepoint. Ambea is a Nordic provider of care services to elderly and functionally disabled. Ambea has sales of approx. EUR 500m. Solhagagruppen is a Nordic provider of care services to functionally disabled with sales of approx. EUR 100m. The transaction was closed in December 2015.
