Stefan Denkhaus, the insolvency administrator of ECOPLANT Filtration GmbH, mandated CVM Capital Value Management GmbH with the sale of the company’s assets within a structured M&A process. Ecoplant Filtration GmbH manufactures and distributes – under the brands "BETH Advanced Filtration" from Lübeck and "LTG Filtration Solution" from the branch office in Renningen – filtration systems for liquid and gaseous substances for a variety of industrial applications. The company is specialised in the capture and separation of air polluting substances and the limitation of emissions. ECOPLANT Filtration Spares & Services GmbH from Lübeck is in charge of the spare parts business as well as repair and maintenance services. At both locations, the companies employ approximately 60 employees. R&R-Technik GmbH, based in Bad Lobenstein, is an internationally operating technology company with the focus on filtration and suction technology. The company employs approximately 100 employees and is specialized in filtration technology for industrial applications. R&R-Technik GmbH has got a high vertical integration and develops, manufactures and installs individual modules as well as complete turnkey systems. CVM Capital Value Management GmbH supported the entire process, from the identification of potential investors to the successful finalisation of the transaction. In August 2013, all business located in Lübeck has been acquired by the shareholders of R&R-Technik GmbH.
