CVM Capital Value Management GmbH has advised the shareholder of the FROESCH Group regarding the sale of the group to the French logistic group AGS-Mobilitas. The FROESCH Group was founded in 1927 in Koblenz and offers international logistic services, specialized in relocation services, fine art and antiques transportation, archive logistics for documents and magnetic media and storing. Customers of the relocation services are international companies, the German Foreign Ministry, the German Armed Forces, international organizations and private households. In the field of art transportation FROESCH offers solutions for planning, packaging, transportation, handling, presentation and storing for museums, galleries, art collectors and auction houses. In the archive logistic the company offers archiving, data management, security services, destruction for files and magnetic media. The AGS-Mobilitas Group, based in Paris, is one of the worldwide leading relocation service providers. AGS-Mobilitas has a network of 124 locations in 76 countries and covers large areas of Africa, West and East Europe as well as Asia. With the strategic acquisition of the FROESCH Group, AGS-Mobilitas strengthens its position in the German market for special logistic services.
