Evergreen Packaging (“Evergreen” or “the Company”) has successfully completed the sale of its business to Southern Champion Tray, a leading manufacturer of fiber-based products and packaging solutions. Diamond Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to the Company and negotiated the transaction. 

Evergreen, founded in 2001, is a bakery, deli, food service, and wholesale packaging provider with a predominant market presence in California. The Company produces the pink donut boxes that are ubiquitous in Southern California.  

About Evergreen 

Founded in 1981 in La Mirada, CA, Evergreen is the largest supplier in the Western USA of bakery and donut boxes. The company maintains long-term customer relationships with major food service distributors and other providers. Its broad product line includes bakery and donut boxes, pizza boxes, beverage carriers, and seasonal custom printed packaging.
