He brings extensive experience in corporate finance, having worked as an M&A Advisor in both Amsterdam and Brussels. With an MSc in Finance and an MSc in Business Economics, he combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on expertise in financial management and dealmaking. He is enthusiastic about collaborating with the CapFive network and advising Belgian entrepreneurs. Guiding business owners through the complexities of M&A is one of his passions, and he looks forward to contributing to the continued growth of VDP while supporting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Lieven Stas Partner VDP Partner Lieven has a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences / Finance (Antwerp) and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile technology (Ghent). After a career as a freelance journalist during his studies, Lieven became a co-founder of PR Force NV in 1993.
