ubsequent to the sale of the wind farm project "Jeppo", the wind farm project "Haukineva" was sold to EE Primus Oy in April 2016. CVM Capital Value Management GmbH has been mandated by Finnish Prokon Wind Energy Finland Oy to sell the project. Prokon Wind Energy Finland Oy is based in Vaasa (FI) and a 100% subsidiary of the German Prokon Regenerative Energien eG. The Prokon-Group is primarily involved in planning, financing, realizing and operating wind farms as well as marketing electricity to end consumers. European Energy A/S is a holding company of EE Primus Oy. It has experience in development, financing and construction of wind and solar energy farms since 2004. The activities of the company include the whole value chain for renewable energies – from greenfield-projects to the operational management of power plants. CVM Capital Value Management GmbH supported the entire process, from the identification of potential investors and the selection of the ideal partner to the successful finalization of the transaction.
