DRAHT + STAHL GmbH is based in Bünde (NRW) and has a second dependent branch in Ahlhorn (Lower Saxony). The company delivers to customers all over Germany with a focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Additionally, DRAHT + STAHL GmbH has got customers in the Benelux countries. The established and medium-sized company Heemeyer Stahlcenter GmbH is based in Kirchlengern (NRW). The company’s business operation is the trade with and the processing of steel and metal. By the purchase of DRAHT + STAHL GmbH, the company wants to expand its range particularly by bright steel. Due to this acquisition, Heemeyer Stahlcenter GmbH expects to strengthen its position in Lower-Saxony and, considering the branch in Ahlhorn, the border areas of the Netherlands. CVM Capital Value Management GmbH supported the entire process, from the identification of potential investors to the successful finalisation of the transaction. After closing, the branches in Bünde and Alhorn will be integrated into the Heemeyer Stahlcenter GmbH and all employments of these branches will be continued.
