CVM Capital Value Management GmbH supported HIT Holzindustrie Torgau OHG and HIT Holzindustrie Torgau Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH at a refinancing process in the amount of € 140 million.
HIT Holzindustrie Torgau OHG (henceforth "HIT") is one of the biggest wood processing companies in Germany and the worlds’ biggest EPAL pallet manufacturer as well as market leader in Germany. With an integrated enterprise concept within the areas forest management, saw mill and pallet production as well as the efficient material utilization of all process-related by-products, HIT covers the entire value chain with its approximately 600 employees.
HIT and its subsidiary were able to perform a financial restructuring with a loan of € 140 million granted by a leading international bank and ensure successfully the financing of the company group over the long term. 
The team of CVM Capital Value Management GmbH under the partners Jörg Schuppener and Andreas Knaup accompanied the company and its owners entirely at the structured refinancing process.
