A 50% shareholder in Eisenberg Brothers Ltd, markters and distributors of Medical & Scientific Instrumentation and disposable supplies, has acquired in a Buy Me Buy You (‘BMBY’) tender offer, the remaining 50% in Eisenberg Brothers Ltd. Genesis has advised the buyer and secured the required financing for this transaction.
