We have a mandate to sell a UK based Trucks servicing and dealing company.
The company has large logistic customers, 5+ locations with a strong regional presence strategically located near UK ports. The company also sells vans but this makes up a much smaller part of the business.
Deal value: GBP 40-50 m EV= USD 50m – 70m
CapFive Assistance Required: YES
Identifying, (and in future contacting) likely buyers. Likely buyer groups include: large truck servicing and repair companies, companies who run large fleets of trucks transporting goods through the UK and western Europe. Truck dealer groups.
