We are pitching for a software company: software platform for professional residential property management in Belgium (www.zeron.be). The company has also recently developed an integrated app (SAAS-model) for flats in residential buildings paying monthly fees. The software has a strong lock-in effect with property managers, as developing a new software platform takes a lot of time and requires substantial investments. Revenu run rate 2023E 4m with runrate EBITDA 2.5 (cash EBITDA, after R&D).
