We advised Tilgmann, a finnish packaging company, in buying Scandiflex in Landskrona, Sweden. Scandiflex is one of the leading Swedish producers of printed flexible packaging laminates for the food industry. In 2014 Scandiflex generated sales of EUR 16 million and an EBITDA of EUR 1 million.
