Ben Hughes

Ben joined FRP in 2024 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.

Having started his advisory career in financial restructuring, Ben moved into corporate finance in 2010 and subsequently gained a broad range of mainstream and special situations M&A experience, including sell-side and buy-side advisory mandates, capital raisings, strategic option reviews, sale process monitoring roles and valuations.

With his 20+ year advisory career spanning both restructuring and corporate finance, Ben has developed a skillset which is perfectly suited to delivering optimal corporate finance solutions for clients facing challenging, complex or business critical issues, typically in circumstances where the timetable to deliver a solution is limited.

Ben has worked with a broad range of clients including corporates, financial investors and lenders across a variety of sectors such as retail, leisure, healthcare, manufacturing and real estate.
