James Cooper

James has extensive practice experience and has specialised in corporate finance work since 2012, providing a wide range of services including M&A advisory, strategic advisory and valuations and raising capital for businesses and business owners at all stages of the corporate life cycle. James works with businesses of various sizes across a broad range of sectors, and provides specialist advice on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters. He has acted as lead adviser on a number of private disposal, MBO and acquisition assignments, and also has extensive experience in providing transaction support, including fundraising, strategic options reviews, financial due diligence, business valuations, and advising on business reorganisations and succession strategies.
