• Over seven years corporate finance experience gained at a corporate finance boutique and Grant Thornton, including three years of transaction services
• Lead advisory experience includes acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings and strategic advice
• Selected deals include the MBI of Redeem, disposal of Basildon Chemicals, Selection Services acquisition of 8el, Maindec's acquisition of CSA Waverley, accelerated disposal of a motor dealership, ByBox's acquisition of the Business Direct operations of DX Network Services Ltd and the refinancing of both Geos Group and an IT services company
