Jerome Somers

Jerome holds an MSc in Business Economics – Finance & Risk Management from Ghent University (UGent), as well as CFA Level 1 certification. Following his studies, he completed an internship at Legia Capital. In 2023, he began his professional career at EY as a Transaction Diligence consultant within the Strategy & Transactions team, where he conducted financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Jerome has been with VDP since 2026.
