John Hull

For over 30 years John has been advising middle-market companies on a variety of transactional matters from M&A to capital raising. John has worked with clients in a number of industries with a focus on healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, business services, and life sciences. Prior to joining The Fortune Group, John was a member of the M&A and corporate finance practice groups at a leading Midwest law firm.  As an adjunct professor, John has taught M&A classes at Washington University in St. Louis.  In addition, he has written articles for trade publications and has spoken at a number of events on M&A-related topics. His experience, results-oriented approach, and passion allows him to successfully address the transactional needs of private companies and their shareholders. John earned his law degree (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis, an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BA from Mid-America Nazarene University.  He is registered with FINRA.
