Joanne Price

Joanne joined FRP in 2020 and is a Director in our Financial Advisory team, based in the Norwich office. She has a wealth of experience working in both Restructuring Advisory and Corporate Finance roles, advising businesses of all sizes across a range of sectors.

Joanne has extensive experience of working with lenders and management teams in turnaround and restructuring situations as well as on countless pre-lending and independent business review assignments. This experience includes managing large scale PMOs and cost-saving programmes, including cashflow and stakeholder management.

Joanne has also spent many years providing specialist advice across a full spectrum of Corporate Finance matters including trade disposals, acquisitions, accelerated M&A, private equity investments, financial due diligence and strategic options reviews.
