Matt Field

Matt joined FRP in 2020 and is a Director in our Corporate Finance and Forensic Services teams, based in our Norwich office.

He has extensive experience in providing corporate, personal and transaction tax advice to owner-managed businesses on a wide range of issues, including MBOs, trade disposals, private equity investment, and employee ownership trusts. Other areas of his expertise include family investment companies, share/employee incentive schemes, and group reorganisations including demergers.

Matt’s ability to provide specialist tax input as part of the wider corporate finance offering is vital to ensuring a transaction is structured effectively from a tax perspective.

He also assists our experts on forensic accounting assignments, including matrimonial cases and tax disputes.
